Upper shelf

That’s the last bit of the design now in and some initial testing done. I’ve installed an upper shelf above the drawers to allow packing above the fridge and top slider. 25mm aluminium tube frame topped with a riveted down 2mm aluminium perforated sheet. The sheet was cut at the same time as the accessory trays by @JGBSteelcraft. Installed in two halves and joined centrally. Bolted into the sides of the drawer frame. Totally solid. Have now tested the rig off road with full water and it seems solid and rattle free. I have swapped my too large Engel 35 for a new Bluetooth controlled Alpicool fridge and ran that for a day yesterday on the Aux battery with the 100w solar array attached

with no perceptible impact on the battery. Now finessing the packing for Saturdays Atlas Overland trip. Watch out Northumbria here we come!
